School Automation Case Study

Ocelli Smart Bell & Audio Routing Automation

Transitioning an educational institution from manual Bluetooth-dependent PA audio ringing to a fully automated, schedule-driven smart bell architecture.

The Challenge (Before)

Upon joining the institution, the automated system (Ocelli Smart Bell) was physically available on-site but remained unconfigured and uninstalled. Because technical personnel were unfamiliar with its deployment, staff relied entirely on a tedious manual workflow: connecting a mobile phone via Bluetooth to the main amplifier (SMA-1000PR) for every single period change, prayer broadcast, or public announcements. This risked missed schedules and human error.

The Solution & Implementation (After)

Coordinated with qualified electricians to integrate and commission the Ocelli Smart Bell unit into the main audio distribution loop.
